Simba assistant coach Suleiman Matola has said that preparations for their Premier League match against Coastal Union are complete, with the team highly confident of securing a victory.
Speaking at a press conference earlier today, Matola acknowledged the difficulty of the upcoming match, especially given the quality of their opponents, who have often posed a challenge in previous encounters.
Matola added that they have analyzed their opponents and identified both their strengths and weaknesses, which they plan to exploit in tomorrow’s match at Isamuhyo Stadium.
"Matches against Coastal Union are always tough. To prove that, our first-round encounter last season ended in a draw."
"However, we have studied both their strengths and weaknesses so that we can outperform them and secure a win tomorrow."
"Our goal is to be better than them in that match and ultimately walk away with all three points," Matola said.
Meanwhile, Coastal Union head coach Mohamed Omary Muya said he has prepared his team to face Simba, with the aim of winning the match.
Muya acknowledged Simba’s quality, noting that his team must play cautiously while improving their efficiency in front of goal.

"We recognize Simba’s strength, but we have come to compete and fight for three important points. Our players are in good physical condition heading into tomorrow’s match."
"We have been creating many chances in our matches but have not used them well. We have worked hard in training to ensure that tomorrow we can be more efficient. If our players follow instructions well, I believe Coastal Union fans will be happy," Muya said.
Simba and Coastal Union will face off tomorrow, Thursday, April 2, at Meja Jenerali Isamuhyo Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
