The excitement of the NBC Premier League continues today with two matches scheduled to be played in the regions of Singida and Mbeya.
Defending champions Yanga are in Singida where they are set to face hosts Singida Black Stars at 4:00 PM at Airtel Stadium in what is expected to be a highly competitive encounter.
Yanga will be without their vice-captain, defender Dickson Job, who suffered a knee injury during the previous match against Simba.
Yanga head coach Pedro Goncalves also confirmed yesterday that Pacome Zouzoua and Edmund John will miss the match as both players are dealing with injuries.
Another match will take place in the Mbeya region, where hosts Tanzania Prisons will welcome Azam FC.
Tanzania Prisons head into the game after losing their previous match against Simba, while Azam FC were held to a 2-2 draw by Pamba Jiji in their last outing.
Azam FC will also be without their influential midfielder Feisal Salum, who is serving a two-match suspension following the red card he received in the match against Pamba Jiji.
