Simba Head Coach Steve Barker has said his squad is ready for their Premier League match against Tanzania Prisons, set to be played tomorrow, Sunday, at Jamhuri Stadium in Dodoma.
Barker noted that the team has had a good preparation period ahead of the fixture after arriving in Dodoma yesterday, with today reserved for final training sessions.
The South African coach emphasized that he understands there are no easy matches in the NBC Premier League and assured that his side will not underestimate their opponents.
“We have prepared well for tomorrow’s match against Tanzania Prisons. Our preparations are going well, and in the nearly two months I’ve been here, we have worked on tactical organization and our style of play,”
“After the long journey yesterday, we held our first training session here, and today we will complete our preparations.”
“I understand there are no easy games, so we will not underestimate our opponents. We will go out there to compete and ensure we get a positive result tomorrow,” said Barker.
The Msimbazi Reds will face Tanzania Prisons tomorrow Sunday in a match scheduled to kick off at 9:00 PM.
