Today, the Yanga squad is expected to arrive in Rwanda ahead of their international friendly match against Rayon Sports, which will be played on Friday, August 15 at Amahoro Stadium.
Some Yanga officials have traveled ahead to the country to finalize the team’s reception arrangements.
Yanga has been invited to the Rayon Day festival, an event similar to Yanga’s own “Wiki ya Mwananchi.”
The match will be the first for coach Romain Folz, who joined Yanga last month, replacing Miloud Hamdi.
Folz has prepared his squad for about 10 days and is highly optimistic about starting his tenure on a positive note in this friendly match.
