Tanzanian football giants Simba and Yanga continue to compete in unveiling new players signed for the upcoming season of various competitions.
Yesterday, Simba announced the signing of Ghanaian striker Jonathan Sowah, who joined the club from Singida Black Stars. He ended last season in the Tanzanian Premier League with 13 goals after being signed during the mid-season transfer window.
Shortly after, Yanga responded by unveiling the signing of Celestine Ecua, an Ivorian national who played for ASEC Mimosas on loan from Zoman FC.
The star midfielder was named the Best Player of the Ivorian League for the 2024/25 season.
