The Ethics Committee of the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) met to review and decide on the cases submitted before it
Among the cases were the spokespersons of Yanga, Simba and Kagera Sugar clubs, namely Ali Kamwe, Ahmed Ali and Hamis Mazanzala who were accused of inciting the PUBLIC
In its decision, the Committee found Kamwe, and Mazanzala guilty and sentenced them to pay a fine of 5 million TZS along with a warning not to commit an ethical offense within a period of two years
Simba spokesperson Ahmed Ali has escaped the punishment after being found not guilty
However, a similar punishment has befallen Simba member Mohammed Khamis Mohammed who was also brought before the Committee for incitement
