Simba's Media and Communications Manager Ahmed Ali has assured Simba fans that the second leg of the Confederation Cup quarter-final against Al Masry will be played on April 09 at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
Ahmed said CAF officials have inspected the stadium and are satisfied with the improvements made despite not yet having given answers
Ahmed has announced the tickets for the game that is important for Simba to compete for the results that will take them to the semi-finals of the tournament
"Let me reassure you that the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium has been inspected. The answers have not yet come out but in the talks they say there are major improvements to the stadium compared to the last time they inspected it so there is a great chance to play at the stadium"
"And you all remember the statement of the Chief Government Spokesperson that the stadium is ready. We do not have time to wait, we are making preparations"
"The tickets for the game against Al Masry are Round - 5,000, Orange - 10,000, Vip C - 15,000, Vip B - 30,000, Vip A - 40,000, Platinum - 150,000 and Tanzanite - 250,000. Tickets are on sale now"
"This match we want to bring in between 50,000 to 60,000 fans so we will do a big campaign, street by street to encourage Simba fans to show up in large numbers for this important game. This time we will visit many branches because we want many people to come to the stadium"
