Maxi ignore Yanga loan rumours

Yanga attacking midfielder Maxi Nzengeli has said that he does not have time to follow up on the rumors about his contract with Yanga because that is not his responsibility

While in his second season with Yanga, rumors have already started about his future with some reports claiming he will not sign a new contract while others claim the player is serving Yanga on loan from AS Maniema

It has been common for DR Congo players who play for Yanga to be accused of playing on loan. It was the same for the former striker of the country's champions, Fiston Mayele, who currently serves Pyramids FC.

Maxi has emphasized that he is a Yanga player and will continue to fulfill his duties as an employee of Yanga

"First of all, let me be clear, I am not involved in rumours, those are your affairs, journalists, to sell news"

"Secondly, I do my job as an employee of Yanga. If I am here on loan, I don't know that and I don't want to know that I was bought, I also don't know"

"Ask me a question about my responsibilities in Yanga, the big thing I'm thinking about is whether the coach will give me a chance on Saturday to defend the logo of my employer Yanga? Ask me that question," said Maxi

Information from within Yanga's management is that an agreement has been reached to renew Maxi's contract, it is only a matter of time when Yanga will announce the extension of the player's contract
