Simba attacking midfielder Elie Mpanzu will start serving the Msimbazi Reds in the CAF Confederation Cup (CAF CC) after January 1, 2025
Simba Information and Communications Manager Ahmed Ali has clarified that the CAF registration window will open on January 1 and close on January 31, 2025 while the TFF window will open on December 16 and close on January 15, 2025
So Mpanzu will start serving Simba in the domestic league from next week after the TFF window opens but he will have to wait for January 1 to be registered in the Simba squad that participates in the Confederation Cup
"On December 15, a small domestic registration window will be opened and Ellie Mpanzu will be registered there, meaning that any domestic match after the 15th will be part of the squad, but the CAF window is until January, 2025, so any international match from January he will be part of the squad," said Ahmed
December 18 Simba will play a major league match against KenGold which will be played at KMC Complex, it may be the first match for Mpanzu to serve Simba
