The former Singida Black Stars coach Patrick Aussems has said goodbye to the team's family members after his contract with the assistant coach was suddenly terminated last week
In his greetings of thanks, Aussems blamed the leaders of Singida BS for lacking the expertise to run the team
Through his social network page, Aussems has written this message;
"Certainly the decisions that were made were not made because of the results. It was a joy to coach this group of players. But it was like a nightmare every day to work with an unprofessional leadership"
"I was complaining every day about the lack of power in the leadership. My assistant, Denis Kitambi and I personally are not surprised by the decisions reached, it was like a relief for us"
"I feel that I was still loved by Simba fans as well as other people. I really appreciate your kindness and generosity. Lastly, as the French proverb says 'Jamais 2, Sans 3'. In the sense of being something that it has happened twice in the past, there is a possibility that it will happen a third time in the future. So maybe we will see each other again soon," wrote Aussems
