The goalkeeper coach of Fountaine Gate, Ally Mustapha 'Barthez' and the attacking midfielder of the team, Abalkassim Suleiman have admitted to being suspended by the club for various reasons while on December 6 this year the management expects to hold a meeting to discuss them
Barthez and Abalkassim were suspended one day after the team lost to Pamba Jiji 3-1 in the Premier League game played on November 5 this year at the Tanzanite Kwaraa Stadium, Manyara
Player Abalkassim has confirmed that he received a letter with two errors"
"It is true that I am out of the team and I received a letter of suspension for the offense of leaving the camp without permission but I am also accused of playing badly in the game against Pamba in which I was shown a red card claiming that I did it on purpose," said the midfielder and add
"After two weeks passed, I called the leaders about the saga and asked to see them so that they would give me a letter to leave the team due to those claims, I was not given it and they asked me to meet with them again on December 6 this year for a discussion session. "
On the part of Bartez, he said he does not know the reasons for his suspension, but what he can say is that he is out of the team for a while and is continuing with other activities
"I think the right people to talk to about the reasons for me leaving the team are the leaders, I am in Dar es Salaam because I have been removed from my duties, I don't know what the reason is," said Barthez who used to be Simba's goalkeeper and Yanga before turning to coaching.
