Yanga Legal Director Simon Patrick has said that the club has already taken action by requesting more time for review as they were not involved in the case decided by the Resident Magistrate's Court, Kisutu in Dar es Salaam
In addition, Simon has said that Yanga will take action against the parties who opened the case and further steps will be taken by Yanga Members through the General Meeting
Simon has said that the leadership of Yanga will continue with its duties because the accused are the Board of Trustees
"We have found out that there is a group of people who are using these people to disturb the peace and the club has already cooperated with the Security Agencies and we have started investigating these people who are behind them"
"If it is found that they will all be brought before the General Meeting if they are members, the General Meeting will take action"
"The case was opened in 2022 before our leadership came to power.
