Speaking at the Meeting, Simba CPA Board Member Issa Masoud said that they have heard the reports of their fellow Members on the Investor's side to resign, although he has said that he personally has not confirmed it
CPA Masoud went further by pointing out the crux of the crisis after the Members refused to approve the proposals brought by the Billionaire Investor Mohammed Dewji 'Mo' who wanted part of the money he has been giving to the Simba club to go into the investment costs (on the 20 Billion)
"All the money that MO was giving to Simba Sc, he claims it, and he has directed that it be changed into his capital, which he has to give to Simba Sports Club," said CPA Masoud
Furthermore, the member who is an economic expert, added that when Mo gave the money he did not say it was a loan and therefore it was not given in the Simba loan procedure
"If we are loaned the money because we have to borrow from MO Dewji? There are not many financial institutions that we can borrow from. First of all, if it is a loan that has not followed the procedures, who borrowed and why did they borrow the money, which asset is the loan for? , here if you remove the guarantee because he has a guarantee," asked CPA Masoud
CPA Masoud also said that the members do not recognize all the Committees created out of order without being approved by the Board (refer to the recently created Registration Committee)
"Any committee of Simba Sports Club is formed by the Board, so then we do not recognize all the committees formed outside the board, and even the registration that will be done outside the board we do not recognize because we will be violating the procedure of Simba SC."
"We ourselves only hear online once the registration committee has been appointed, now we don't recognize those committees as a board. We have fought for the amendment of this new constitution to give strength to our M/Kiti, and to this constitution M/Kiti wa Simba Sports Club will be the Vice M/Chair of the Board, we want the procedure to be followed and things to be done like registering new members and fans"
