The grass of the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam will be on fire today in a game of honor and a chance to book a ticket to play in the African Champions League next season
Ahead of today's game, Simba's Acting Head Coach, Juma Mgunda said the preparations for the game have been completed and they are ready to compete for good results
He said they realize Azam is a good team that offers competition but they are planning to do well and leave with three points
"Soccer is an open game, there is no hiding, we enter the field to seek three points which are very important, today we will continue to miss Chama (Clatous) who is injured and is serving a penalty, Miquison, Ntibazonkiza, Onana are all injured as well, but that is not a problem because the players who are present are employees of Simba, whoever will be given the jersey will be required to serve the team and ensure that we win," said Mgunda
Azam FC coach, Bruno Ferry said the last time they met Simba in the Union competition and lost, so they will enter the field with caution as they want three points
He said they are well organized, the players are ready for today's game and seek three important points ahead of their opponents to achieve their goals
"It is a very competitive match, Simba are doing well, we have done good preparations and the players are ready for the game, I ask the referees to be gentle because many decisions have been spoiled, be careful so that it is a fair game," said Bruno< /em>
