The 2023 Mapin-duzi Cup competition committee has released the entire schedule for the competition, with Tanzanian football giants Yanga and Simba closing and opening in 2023 and 2024 respectively
Kombe la Mapinduzi will start on December 28, 2023 at the Amaan Stadium which has been extensively renovated and modernized
Defending champions Mlandege will open the competition by playing against Uganda's URA SC at 10:15 pm and later Azam FC, the five-time champions of the Revolution Cup will be guests of Chipukizi from the island of Pemba, the game will be played from 2:15 pm
Yanga SC will take to the field on December 31 to host Kenya Port at 2:15pm, while Singida Fountain Gate will play Rwanda's APR on January 1, 2023
Simba SC, the four-time champions of the Mapinduzi Cup will go down to the field against Jamhuri from Pemba on January 1, 2023 at 2:15 pm
All those games will be played at Amaan Stadium and the only game that is expected to be played at Gombani Stadium on the island of Pemba is the first semi-final which will bring together the winner of the first quarter-final against the winner of the second quarter-final which will be played on January 10. 2024
