Yanga head coach Miguel Gamondi has said that they know the task ahead of them in the Champions League game against Medeama Fc which will be played tomorrow Wednesday at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
Speaking at a press conference earlier today, Gamondi said they need to keep alive the hope of advancing to the next stage of this competition so they need a win
"We have prepared well for this very important game for us, we need to win to keep alive the hope of advancing to the next stage in this championship"
"We have had a good time to train, I believe in my players, tomorrow we will have a good game against Medeama," said Gamondi
Gamondi has asked Yanga fans to come out in large numbers to cheer for their team in a game they are determined to win
"Yanga fans have been with us every step of the way since the beginning of the season, tomorrow is an important game, we ask them to come in large numbers, the players have promised they will be happy after 90 minutes," added Gamondi
Speaking on behalf of his teammates, left guard Nickson Kibabage has said that all the players are ready and everyone knows that only three points will put them in a good position in the group
"We the players are ready, we know the importance of this game, we need a win to hope to advance to the next stage"
"The coaches have worked on the mistakes that appeared in the previous matches, so we have high hopes of doing well in the game against Medeama tomorrow," he said
