Simba Head Coach Abdelhak Benchikha said his team had a chance to win the game against Wydad Casablanca played the other day in Morocco but his players lacked focus in the finish
Simba lost the game by 1-0, conceding a goal in stoppage time
Benchikha said the players played well for most of the game, including creating rare opportunities that they did not use
"I think we had a good chance to win this game considering the chances we created but we lacked aggression in the end zone"
"We played well, we were able to block and attack quickly, the area where we put the ball in the net is what we failed to achieve but I am satisfied with the team's performance"
"Everything that happened here will give us the right to prepare well for the next game. We will improve the areas where we were better and we will improve on the shortcomings," said Benchikha
The Simba team left Morocco yesterday via Qatar to return to the country where on Friday this week they face a major league game against Kagera Sugar which will be played at Uhuru Stadium
