President of Yanga Engineer Hersi Said today launched the first branch in the country for blind members of Yanga Kinondoni in Dar es Salaam
Eng Hersi has consented to his name being used as the name of the Branch and will be the guardian of that Branch
Speaking at the launch event, Engineer Hersi said it was a comfort for him to launch the first Branch for the blind and that it was a blessing for the Yanga club to be supported by blind people
"I am very relieved as the President of this club to launch a historical branch in this sports industry, it is a blessing for the club to be supported by our blind brothers, I assure you that I will always be the guardian of this branch, thank you very much to God May he be blessed with all that is good"
"I have heard all your letters that you requested, I have agreed and we are starting to implement them officially, I know that you have requested a computer, special printer, speakers, walking sticks and others that you have specified, I have also agreed to this branch to use my name and be the guardian of this branch "
"On Saturday we have a game against Al Ahly, whoever is interested in coming to the stadium, we will arrange transportation for them to the stadium, your tickets will be prepared by our fan coordinator, I will be very happy when you all arrive at the stadium," said Hersi
