For example, if the goals are to win the Premier League, then the bonus will be placed in the player's contract and not the current procedure where the bonus is given for every victory regardless of whether the goals have been achieved at the end of the season or not
If the goals are to play in the semi-finals of the Champions League, then the bonus will be known from the beginning of the season and will be given after the goals are reached
Players can be given bonuses that are out of the order but these are just like gifts from bosses
