Mwinjuma has noted that before the start of the Tanzania Premier League, the teams have the freedom to choose the home ground that will be used for the games of the respective teams in mainland Tanzania or Zanzibar without affecting the rules and guidelines of the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF).
