The world football federation (FIFA) has banned the Rwandan Rayon Sports club from registering foreign players after it was found guilty of not paying its former goalkeeper Ramadhan Kabwili
Kabwili joined Rayon Sports for a one-year contract but later decided to leave before the end of the contract due to non-payment of his salary for more than three months
After breaking his contract, Kabwili filed a complaint with FIFA and after the Federation has finally decided that Rayon will not be able to register until they pay the former goalkeeper of the Yanga club
Kabwili returns to the country where he has not yet found a team
