Simba doctor Edwin Kagabo has expressed his satisfaction with the progress of goalkeeper Aishi Manula who is expected to undergo final tests and may be allowed to join his colleagues in team training
Manula has been out since the end of the fifth month, after undergoing surgery in South Africa, he has done special programs to strengthen him and now he is ready to return to his duties
"He was given physical therapy and did it well, he has improved very quickly and after the final tests he can join his colleagues," said Kagabo
Manula can be part of Simba's squad in the first African Super League quarter-final game against Al Ahly to be played on October 20, this year at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
This is good news for Simba which you can still say has not been stable in the goalkeeper area since he was injured despite Ally Salim continuing to improve and doing well with the arrival of Ayoub Lakred
