Gamondi not satisfied with attacking line

Despite the 2-0 victory against Asas Fc in the first leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League, Yanga Head Coach Miguel Gamondi said he was not satisfied with the number of goals they scored

Stephane Aziz Ki and Kennedy Musonda scored Yanga's goals in the game played at Azam Complex, Chamazi Yanga dominated

Gamondi said in the first half his boys did not play at their best but in the second half they came back better and probably deserved to score more than five goals

"I'm happy we won but I wasn't satisfied with the misuse of opportunities. In the first half we didn't play very well but in the second half we dominated the game creating a lot of chances. We probably should have scored five or six goals"

"Our opponents didn't want to play football in the second half, used every tactic to slow us down, the important thing is we won"

"We have another 90 minutes at the end of the week, I think we can finish this game and advance to the next stage," said Gamondi

Gamondi has said that they will continue to make improvements in the attack line to ensure that they make good use of the opportunities they create
