Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has announced that Yanga and Simba clubs will not be allowed to use foreign players in the Community Shield matches that will be played in Tanga today
The statement issued by the TFF earlier today, noted that only Azam Fc has submitted permits for 10 foreign players
