Yanga Management yesterday announced Charles Haalubono, a Zambian citizen, as the head coach of Yanga Princess
Last season Yanga Princess did not reach its goals despite the large investment made in the squad
Towards next season, improvements have started with the technical bench as Haaulobono is a coach with a lot of experience in teaching women's football
He has led the Zambian Green Buffalos club for 15 years leading the Women's team to win the premier league 6 times and the CECAFA title
Haalubono is also the coach of Zambia's national women's under-20 team
Vice President of Yanga Arafat Haji who is the guardian of Yanga Princess promised that they will make more improvements towards the next season
"Last season was not good despite the great improvements we made, now we are using it as a challenge, we will strengthen all the shortcomings to ensure next season Yanga Princess fulfills the goals of winning the championship," he said
