Azam Fc are currently not thinking about the final of the Federation Cup (FA), instead their minds are on their last two games of the main league in Tanzania Mainland where they want to finish well in those last matches this season
Azam FC has entered the FA Final expecting to play with Yanga at the Mkwakwani Stadium in Tanga region, and in the league it is in third place with 53 points, alternating with two points against Singida Big Stars with 51 points, pulling together to finish in that position.< /p>
The Information Officer of Azam FC, Thabiti Zakaria has said that what they are looking at right now is their two league matches to ensure they emerge with the remaining six points as the FA final has not yet been scheduled.
"This FA match we still don't know when it will be played because the TFF has not planned the schedule yet, we can't think about it at the moment, we are focusing on our last two games in the league and after that we will start strategies for the final game after knowing the date of the game," said Zaka
He said to prepare for the last two games, they initially set up a camp but after the league board changed the schedule, they decided to break the camp and give their players a short break.
"But currently the players have returned to training to prepare for these two games, our goals are to ensure that we finish well in the league this season by collecting all the remaining six points," said Zaka.
The league board has announced that the last games to conclude this season of the Premier League will be played on June 9.
