The president of Yanga Engineer Hersi Said has said they have written a letter to the Premier League Board to request a 'review' of the Schedule due to the series of matches they face
Yesterday Yanga was stuck landing in Dodoma while on the way to Singida and had to return to Dar es Salaam due to the lighting problem at Dodoma Airport
Engineer Hersi has said that they are making arrangements to ensure the team travels to Singida as soon as possible for the premier league game against Singida Big Stars which will be played on Thursday, May 04 at Liti Stadium
"We are in contact with the football authorities in the country, we have asked them to review the schedule of our matches because it is not friendly"
"We have to play against Singida BS in the premier league match on May 04 and then face them again in the FA cup semi-final match on May 07"
"We are facing the semi-final game of the CAF Confederation Cup on May 10, we have to travel from Singida to return to Dar after the game against Singida BS May 07"
"There is no flight from Singida to Dar, which means that we will have to travel by bus to Dodoma and we will arrive in Dar on May 08, so we will have only one day to prepare for the CAF semi-final game"< /em>
"As representatives of the country we have asked to be given time to prepare for the game against Malumo Galants," said Hersi
