Simba Sc has confirmed that two players, Shomari Kapombe and Kibu Denis, suffered injuries in the Champions League game against Raja Casablanca, which was played in Morocco on Saturday night and Raja won 3-1.
The statement issued by Simba yesterday, indicated that the players will undergo an examination of the injuries they received in order to start treatment
Kapombe and Kibu are joined by winger Peter Banda who will also be examined for shoulder injuries he sustained while on Malawi National team
The players may miss the FA Cup quarter-final game that Simba will play against Ihefu Fc on April 07th at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam
Simba is expected to return to training on Tuesday after the two days of break that the players were given after returning from Morocco
