KMC FC Management has given a 10-day break to its players where they will have to return to camp on March 19 to prepare for the remaining games of the NBC Soccer Tanzania Mainland Premier League where on April 17 they will play against Geita Gold at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es salaam.
The break has come due to the fact that KMC FC will not have a game for the month of March until April 17, thus giving a chance to its players to give themselves time to prepare well for the remaining five games before the end of the 2022/2023 season.
In addition, the Kinondoni Municipal Team under head coach Thierry Hitimana played its 25th game yesterday against Kagera Sugar and emerged victorious with two goals to zero which were scored by Daruweshi Saliboko and thus reaped all three important points and rose to one place higher in the NBC Premier League standings.
"We have given our players a 10-day break so that they can go and prepare well to finish the season, we went through a difficult period in which we did not have a friendly result and so yesterday we got a victory that has given us the morale to reorganize when we return"
"If you look at the league, it is difficult and all the teams that are there now, each one wants to get results, which is good, so as the Kinondoni Municipal Team, we will come back with strength, morale and good morale and finish the season in a good position"
When KMC FC returns to meet Geita Gold on April 17, it will also have another match against Dodoma City, Singida Bigi stars, Tanzania Prisons and Mbeya City where two of them will be played at home while three will be played away.
