Simba assistant coach Selemani Matola says the squad is ready for the second-leg match to fight for qualification into the CAF Champions League group stage against Nsingizini Hotspurs, to be played tomorrow, Sunday, at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
Despite their 3–0 victory in the first leg, Matola said they will not underestimate their opponents because they have memories of failing to qualify in past years despite winning the first leg away from home.
“We have prepared well for tomorrow’s game; all players are ready to step on the pitch again and fight for the Simba badge.”
“We won 3–0 in the first match but we are not thinking about that result — we are treating this game as a new one.”
