He is Jean Charles Ahoua, Simba’s attacking midfielder with a sharp eye whenever he’s in front of the opponent’s goal.
After emerging as the top scorer of last season’s NBC Premier League with 16 goals, Ahoua has continued right where he left off, opening his goal account yesterday in the match against Fountain Gate.
In that match, played at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, Ahoua scored and provided an assist in Simba’s 3–0 victory.
After the 90 minutes, Ahoua walked away with the Man of the Match award.
Undoubtedly, this looks set to be another season where he carries Simba in pursuit of domestic trophies and stronger performances in the CAF Champions League.
