Simba SC’s Media and Communications Manager, Ahmed Ali, has assured the club’s supporters that the leadership is actively working in the transfer market to complete various player signings.
Ahmed urged Simba fans to ignore reports suggesting that players targeted by the club are being signed by rival teams, explaining that such rumors are tactics aimed at inflating player values and tarnishing Simba’s image.
He confirmed that Simba remains strong in the market, having already signed key players identified by the technical bench, with more deals expected to be finalized soon.
"Let’s remain patient as our leaders continue finalizing signings to strengthen our squad," he said.
"I also want to ease concerns arising from social media reports claiming that every player we target is being signed by our rivals. Those are false reports."
"Everyone we’ve targeted, we’ve secured. Some of the players we are linked with, we’ve never been interested in. Those links are deliberate—to inflate the players’ value or to make us appear weak in the market. This season, we’re very strong in transfers," Ahmed wrote on his social media page.
Simba has already begun revealing its transfer activities, starting with announcements about players released or loaned out.
