Former Simba SC sponsor, Azim Dewji has fulfilled his promise by donating a total of ten million shillings (10,000,000) to four of the team's players who were directly involved in the two goals scored against Al Masry
The players are Ellie Mpanzu, Steven Mukwala, Mohamed Hussein and Shomari Kapomba
In the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-final, Simba beat Al Masry 2-0 and qualified for the semi-finals on penalties following a 2-2 aggregate draw
Before the match, Dewji promised to give 2.5 million shillings to each player who scores a goal and provides an assist
Speaking during the presentation of the trophy, Dewji emphasized discipline while explaining why Shomari Kapombe was also among them
