Chairman of the Simba club Murtaza Mangungu has said that midfielder Yusuph Kagoma is a legitimate player of the Simba club as they followed all the procedures to sign him from the Singida Fountain Gate club
Mangungu has said that the player's issue is with the Players' Laws and Dignity Committee and he believes that the Committee will do justice
Despite the player being authorized to serve Simba, the Yanga club has filed a claim with the Legal Committee claiming that Kagoma signed a contract to serve the club
"We followed all the procedures to register Kagoma including contacting the club where he was playing, Fountain Gate who gave us a release letter"
"That's why the player you see has got a license to serve Simba. But because his issue is before the Committee we are waiting for decisions," said Mangungu
Information obtained earlier today, noted that the Committee has temporarily suspended Kagoma while his case continues to be heard
