Simba Sc has confirmed that winger Hassan Dilunga has left the country for South Africa for treatment
Dilunga has been out for several weeks suffering from knee injuries
A statement issued by Simba earlier today, stated that Dilunga needs knee surgery
"A doctor's report suggest that Dilunga, who has been out of the field for a long time and needs surgery, will stay in South Africa for three or four weeks," Simba confirms
Obviously Dilunga will not participate in any of the remaining games to complete this season
