Yanga’s vice-captain Dickson Job has said that all players are ready for the Premier League clash against Simba, which will be played tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
Speaking during a pre-match press conference, Job stated that the players are fully aware of the difficulty of the match but are determined to secure a win in order to defend their league title for a fourth consecutive season.
"As players, we are ready for the match against Simba. We believe it will be a tough game, but we are prepared to win and defend our title," he said.
"We've had strategic preparations leading up to the game, and I believe if we execute what we've been instructed in training, we will win," he added.
"We understand the strength of our opponents, and we will play cautiously, but the most important thing is to follow the coach’s instructions to ensure we achieve our goals," said Job.
Yanga has camped at Avic Town to finalize preparations for the match, where a victory will guarantee the "Wananchi" their fourth consecutive Premier League title.
