The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has returned the TFF case of Yanga against TPLB, Simba for a decision
According to a statement issued by CAS early yesterday, the Court has failed to hear the case as it has not yet been decided by the local authority (TFF)
Following the decision, the league board has announced to continue the process of preparing for the final matches of the season including schedule improvements including scheduling the date of game number 184 which is the heart of the dispute
The next step for Yanga is now to submit their claims to the TFF so that the case can be decided and if they are not satisfied they can still return to CAS as they will have complied with the instructions given by the Court
