After 3-1 win against TP Mazembe in the CAF COnfederation Cup, Yanga collected a total of Tsh 33 million as promises from various leaders
A total of Tsh 15 million coming from the President of the United Republic of Tanzania Hon Mama Samia Suluhu Hassan who promised to buy each goal for Tsh 5 million
Government Spokesman Gerson Msigwa said the promise did not end in the last match, it will continue even for the remaining matches in the Champions League in which Simba is participating and the Confederation Cup in which Yanga is participating
The next match for Yanga is against Real Bamako which will be played on February 26th in Mali
