Yanga SC captain Bakari Mwamnyeto has opened up about his relationship with the club’s goalkeeper, Djigui Diarra, explaining that although they sometimes clash on the pitch, the two maintain good communication both on and off the field.
Mwamnyeto said Diarra is one of the players he communicates with regularly, explaining that their conversations are not limited to matters on the pitch, as they also call each other and discuss various issues concerning the team.
Mwamnyeto said any disagreements or clashes that may be seen during matches should not be interpreted as hostility between them, but rather as part of their communication and responsibilities within the team. His comments underline that their relationship remains positive as they continue working together to strengthen Yanga’s defence.
