The national team of youth under 15 years from Zanzibar 'Karume Boys' has won the title of Cecafa U-15 championship in 2023 which was held in Uganda
Karume Boys won by penalty kicks 4-3 against the hosts Uganda after the end of 90 minutes with a score of 1-1
While the second place goes to Uganda, the third place is held by Tanzania Mainland after winning 1-0 against South Sudan
