In the team's ongoing training session at the Boko Veterans Stadium, Franco has begun to transform the squad by demanding quick and fast passes
Franco seems to be a believer in fast passes as in training, he has been urging players to touch the ball and let go immediately and then run forward to open spaces, but also prevent them from back passes.
Another tactic that Franco seems to use is pressing high with three defenders at the back
Simba's assistant coach Thierry Hitimana admitted that not only the players benefit from the coach's tactics but he has also learned a lot from Franco.
Hitimana said there are many new things he is getting from the coach and he believes it is only a matter of time before the fans witness a major change in their squad.
The club's chairman, Murtaza Mangungu, said Castro, is brought on account of the club's expectations, but was also a condition set by the African Football Confederation ( CAF) and Tanzania (TFF).

Castro's education is a master's degree in physical education (UEFA-A) from the University of Laguna, Spain in 2010, while also having a degree in physical education in football he received in 2018/19 at the University of Madrid .
He has also undergone a training course in football analysis from the University of Plytechnic Madrid in 2018.
Regarding the coach's profile, the 2018 season was Real Madrid's under-18 assistant coach who won the Spanish title, the 2020/21 season was assistant coach of the Romite team of Romania and 2019/20 he was also the assistant coach of the Romanian Rapid Bucharest team.
