Former Simba Sc Chairman Evance Aveva has been sentenced to six months in jail for misuse of office while former Vice Chairman of Simba Godfrey Nyange Kaburu was released after a Court found him not guilty
Aveva and Kaburu were facing four charges including conspiracy, forgery of documents and giving false information
Aveva and Kaburu appeared on Court for the first time on June 29, 2017 and charged with ten counts including abuse of power, conspiracy and forgery of documents showing that Simba was paying a US $ 300,000 loan on Aveva's account and money laundering
