Tanzania Women's Premier League champions, Simba Queens, left the country this Wednesday morning for Kenya to participate in the CAF Women's Championship East and Central Africa (CECAFA)
Simba has left with a squad of 22 players to take part in the tournament which could give them a ticket to the group stage of the African Champions League for Women
Simba Queens got a chance to take part in the tournament after winning the Serengeti Lite Premier League last season
The team under Coach Habab Ally will play the first match on the opening day on Saturday August 28, at 4pm at Nyayo Stadium against PVP FC
