The NBC Premier League continues at full speed today with the fourth round of matches, as football fans across the country turn their attention to Meja Jenerali Isamuhyo Stadium in Mbweni.
At the venue, hosts Simba SC will take on Coastal Union of Tanga in what is expected to be a closely contested encounter.
The match will be Simba's first home game of the season at Isamuhyo Stadium, their new home ground after initially selecting Uhuru Stadium.
The Msimbazi Reds head into the match determined to maintain their impressive start to the season.
A victory would return Simba to the top of the league standings while preserving their 100 per cent winning record.
However, Coastal Union, known for their competitive football and strong defensive discipline, will be searching for their first victory of the season.
In their three matches so far, they have recorded one draw and suffered two defeats.
Simba assistant coach Suleiman Matola has acknowledged the difficulty of the match but said his side will take to the pitch determined to collect all three points.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 7:00pm. Earlier, at 4:00pm, Mashujaa FC will face Kagera Sugar in another match being played today.
