Good news for Simba fans as midfielder Alassane Kante returns to the squad after his proposed transfer move fell through.
Kante was on the verge of joining a club in North Africa, but the transfer could not be completed within the required timeframe.
Following the failed move, Simba head coach Steve Barker is understood to have recommended that the player return to the squad.
Kante still has one year remaining on his contract with Simba and has now returned to continue his duties with the club as before.
However, Simba will now have to make room for one foreign player in order to register Kante again. The midfielder could also have to wait until January to return to domestic league action when the mid-season transfer window opens.
