Simba have returned to the top of the league table after securing a 2-1 victory over Singida BS in an NBC Premier League match played at Airtel Stadium in Singida.
The result maintains Simba's 100 percent winning record in all three of their away matches this season.
Clatous Chama gave Simba an early lead in the 11th minute, finishing a pass from Libasse Gueye, who registered his fourth assist of the season.
Singida BS equalised in the 23rd minute after catching the Simba defence off guard.

After applying intense pressure on the Singida BS goal, referee Ali Mnyupe awarded Simba a penalty in the 61st minute after Ismail Toure was fouled inside the box.
Rushine de Reuck stepped up and calmly converted the spot-kick to put Simba back in front.
