Simba SC have confirmed the signing of young centre-back Ibrahim Nindi Abas, 18, on a three-year contract.
The signing is regarded as a strategic move focused on the club’s long-term ambitions. Nindi recently impressed during the Kagame Cup with Singida Black Stars.
Nindi has joined as part of the Msimbazi Reds’ long-term strategy of investing in young talent and developing successors to the club’s senior defenders.
The move has been described as a case of “a youngster returning home,” as Ibrahim Nindi previously came through Simba’s youth system before leaving to gain more experience in the NBC Premier League.
During his career, he has also featured for Mashujaa FC and KMC FC, where he consistently impressed and attracted the attention of scouts from some of the country’s biggest clubs.
Welcome to Msimbazi, Nindi...!
