Simba midfielder Neo Maema arrived in the country yesterday and took part in the team's final training session this morning at Uhuru Stadium ahead of the Simba Day festival, which will be held tomorrow, Saturday, at the same venue.
Maema has returned following a recommendation from head coach Steve Barker. Simba's management successfully secured his signing on loan from Mamelodi Sundowns until the end of the season.
Maema's return means Simba have now completed their quota of 12 foreign players. It should be noted that midfielder Alassane Kante had already been informed by the club's management that he is not part of Barker's plans for the upcoming season.

Simba Yet to Close the Transfer Window
Despite completing their foreign player quota, the Msimbazi Reds are reportedly still active in the transfer market. With eight days remaining before the transfer window closes, the club could still add another signing to strengthen the squad.
Midfielder Inno Loemba is reportedly facing an uncertain future, with Simba's coaching staff said to be unconvinced by his performances so far.
