Zambian international attacking midfielder Joshua "Budo" Mutale has officially returned to his former club, Power Dynamos FC.
Mutale has signed a two-year and five-month contract with the club after completing all transfer formalities as a free agent.
The move brings to an end the midfielder's brief spell outside Zambia. Mutale left Power Dynamos in July 2024 to join Tanzanian giants Simba SC on a three-year contract.
However, after struggling to secure a regular place in Simba's first team, both parties agreed to terminate his contract.
Before returning home, the midfielder spent a short loan spell from January 2026 at Saudi Arabian First Division club Al-Adalah.
Power Dynamos management has confirmed that Mutale has already travelled to South Africa to join his teammates.
The club has set up a pre-season training camp in South Africa as they prepare for their title defence campaign in the 2026/27 Zambia Super League (ZPL) season.
