The draw for the preliminary round and first round of the 2026/27 CAF Champions League (CAFCL) was held today in Egypt.
Simba SC have been drawn against Malawi's Mighty Wanderers in the preliminary round, with the first leg to be played away from home.
The Tanzanian giants will travel to Malawi for the first leg, scheduled between September 4 and 6, 2026, before hosting the return leg at home between September 11 and 13.
If Simba progress from the preliminary round, they will face the winner of the first-round tie between Angola's Primeiro de Agosto and Fomboni FC of Comoros.
